Fruits should be consumed in the right time and in the right way. The best time to eat fruit is in the morning as your body can absorb all the healthy nutrients during the morning and will keep you energetic for all-day long. There should be minimum an hour gap between your meal-time and fruit. You can have fruits in the mid-morning, like between breakfast and lunch. Avoid eating fruit in the evening or night or before going to bed. You can have Orange juice, Water-melon juice, Black Grapes, Mango juice with your break-fast as well. Eating fruits right after your meal, is not a good idea as it leads to indigestion and essential nutrients cannot be absorbed properly. Also avoid eating fruits in the evening.
