Many people even thinks  that cucumber aids only in weight loss, but this freshly hydrated green fruit has plenty of nutritional benefits as it contains many important vitamins and minerals.

From age long cucumbers are considered as beauty or skin-care product as well. They protect skin from wrinkle. Even raw cucumber along with yogurt and honey can be applied on face as a pack or mask. It reduces tan, makes the skin hydrated and glowing.

Prevents constipation -                                                                                                                     Cucumbers are rich in water and the skin contains insoluble fiber, which helps the food to pass through the digestive tract easily results in easy movements and hence prevents constipation.
