A Brief Wisdom on Green Tea

In true sense, tea is the most consumed beverage not only in Asia but across the globe and tea plays an extremely significant role in our every-day life, weather its bed-tea, mid-morning tea or evening tea as tea refreshes our mind, releases the stress that we go though in our work-life and revives the energy to get back into work say it office-work or even small house-hold cores.

And thats the charisma of tea - ITS ENERGIZES US!!!

Now how many types of tea are there? Which type of tea is best to consume and when to drink tea:

Lets have a glance on this facts:
All types of tea come from the same basic plant, the Camellia Sinensis plant.
Camellia Sinensis plant is native to Asia, but is currently cultivated around the world in tropical and subtropical areas. The differences between teas arise from processing, growing conditions, and geography.

In total, there are 7 categories of tea:

1. Black tea
2. Dark tea
3. Oolong tea
4. Green Tea 
5. White Tea
6. Yellow Tea
7. Puer Tea



Now among all types of tea the most healthy, economical and feasible variety is the GREEN TEA.

Now the most pertinent question is why am I recommending GREEN  TEA? What are the beneficial factors of GREEN TEA  and when is the suitable time to consume this beverage.
Without further ado, lets check:

1.Green Tea contains bio-active compounds thats has brilliant effect on the health and vitalizes our entire bodily system and function. 

2. Green tea contains less caffeine than coffee but it contains amio acid called L theanine,which can work synergistically with caffeine to improve BRAIN FUNCTION.

3. Green Tea is extremely effective in reducing the type 2 Diabates.

4.  Green Tea helps in the process of Fat-burning thus reduces weight and controls obesity.

5. The immense amounts of antioxidant in Green Tea reduces the change of having cancer.

6. Green tea improves the memory and prevents from the disease of Alzheimer in old age..

7. Regular drinking of Green Tea even takes care of the dental health and protects it from any infection.

8. It reduces cardio diseases likes lowers bad cholesterol, reduces the risk of stroke and other heart-related issue.

9. Most exciting - Green Tea drinkers have longer life-span than non-green tea drinkers.

When to consume GREEN TEA:
Lets follow:

1. Never drink green Tea in empty stomach i.e early bed tea.

2. Have Green Tea between the meals to absorb the maximum nutrients

3. You can have green tea at night even but 2 hours before bed.

  5. As claimed by Stanford Medical, It is in fact the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh on average 42 pounds less than we do.

    (Just so you know, it really has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret diet and really, EVERYTHING to "how" they are eating.)
