RELISHING HOME-MADE DISHES FOR FESTIVE DAYS

Hellooo Everyone!!!

Hope you all are doing great...

Yea I am blogging after a quite long and it happened due to my intense official work load. So, here I am today to cheer you up with some of the bestest, easiest and yummiest home-made dishes.
This blog topic is different from the kind of blog posts I generally do and deliberately I am bringing this twist on my food blog as I am posting after a long interval, on top of that puja vibration is on the air inspite of the threat of CORONAVIRUS, which is engulfing us.
Food is an integral part of any sort of festivals or celebrations. But, keeping in mind the alert of this pandemic situation where social distancing is a crucial protocollets take a glimpse of the type of foods we can cook and eat at home during this festive season. So here are my personal simple recommendation of some of the dishes that I have cooked  and enjoyed whole-hearted at the comfort of my home, keeping all worries at bay.
If you wish you can prepare them too and bring some extra happiness in your soul and palate.
So here are 12 different recommendations:

LUCHI
(it can be eaten as
breakfast)

SHAHI PANEER
(Palau & Paneer can be a great
combo)

BREAD ROLL

(A palatable evening
snacks)

CHICKEN BIRIYANI
(A must have in every

occasion)
CHICHEN CHAP
(with rice or roti, lunch or dinner
this a worthy food for every event)

DIM POSTO BHAPE
(Try it out with steamed  jeera rice)

KASMIRI ALOO DUM
(with steamed rice, tandori roti,
ghee paratha its an aromatic wow combo)

LACCHA PARATHA
(with paneer, chatni, chicken varta,
mutton kima, dum aloo, is a fab combo)

MUTTON KIMA
(with Rumali Roti,
Navaratna Palau is an awesome dish)

LACCHA PARATHA N MUTTON KIMA
(Already a sumptuous combo)

EGG TARKA
(Simple pocket friendly combo, best for dinner)

OREO CHOCOLATE CAKE
(As a dessert or munch in out at anytime)

If anyone is interested to know about the recipes, please feel free to ask me in the comment section, I will reply to all. And also let me know which food item or combo menu you want to select in this festive season.

Happy puja to all of you in advance!!!

     Stay Safe, Healthy and Happy!!!

Thanking you
Samarpita Ganguly.
